Order Pickup Information

For orders that are collected, you will receive the relevant documentation by email once the goods are ready. This includes the packing list and commercial invoice (if applicable). Based on these documents, you can arrange transportation with your preferred carrier.

Your carrier can schedule a pickup directly with our transport department (nl.transport@boonedam.com). Please ensure that pickup appointments are arranged at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper handling and coordination.
