Shipping via DHL
Please note that materials longer than 3 meters cannot be shipped by us. These items are available for pickup only and must be arranged with your own forwarder.
When DHL is selected as the shipping method, we will dispatch your goods to the delivery address provided during checkout. Once the shipment has been registered in the DHL system, you will automatically receive an email notification containing your track & trace details, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
Track & trace notifications are sent by default to the email address used for the order. Should you require multiple recipients for these updates, please contact us so we can configure this accordingly.
For shipments outside of Europe, import duties and taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the receiving party and will be invoiced directly by DHL.
If your company holds a DHL account, it is possible to assign shipments and any applicable import charges directly to your account. To enable this, authorization must be granted via DHL eSecure, permitting our company to book these charges accordingly.
